MolGen is seeking a sales professional for its growing suite of life sciences equipment and consumables serving customers engaged in Diagnostics field like hospitals and routine laboratories. Reporting to the Sales Director, the position offers a high growth position with important organizational responsibilities for the worldwide market expansion of a global enterprise providing DNA and RNA purification automation equipment and consumables.

Roles and Responsibilities
[

Own the full sales cycle by developing and executing sales strategies to meet assigned targets and expand business within assigned territory

[

Responsible for onboarding and integrating new clients, exceptional client service including resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by working with the customer experience and other internal teams to improve our products and processes

[

Organize, categorize, and prioritize sales leads in CRM measure lead conversion and performance against quota and communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders, forecast and track key account metrics

[

Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product

[

Customer interfacing through online presentations, in-person sales calls, email, phone and other correspondence to build long-term relationships with customers and potential customers in the assigned territory as the primary point of contact

MSc/BSc/BA in related discipline or advanced degree as applicable to role

[

Ability to effectively convey scientific information

[

Strong key account management, project management, and critical thinking skills

[

Must be willing to travel throughout assigned territory and other areas as required 20-40% (dependent on travel restrictions)

[

Self-motivated, results-driven, action oriented and passionate excellent customer-service and teamwork orientation
