Labtie bead dispenser
The LabTIE Bead Dispenser is used to dispense different sizes and amounts of beads, bearing balls, grinding media, or stir elements per tube or vial. It was developed to replace manual loading by hand and increase accuracy when loading beads. It can dispense any type of bead, ranging from bacto beads (soft powder substance) to metal, silica, borosilicate, zirconia, accurately within a 0% error range.
Sizes of 0.2mm until 9mm with an unlimited selection in the amount of beads loaded per vial;
Manual, flexible, and accurate;
Compatible with the standard 96-well microtiter, DeepWell plates, or individual tubes;
Custom Made Meshplate option.
