Labtie powder dispenser
The LabTIE Powder Dispenser is used to dispense different volumes and weights of powders. It was developed to replace the analytical scale of inefficient robot dispensers. The dispenser can dispense any type of homogeneous powder accurately within <2% in the error range. It uses a 48-Tube Vial Rack that can be used with 2mL screw cap vials and tubes, specially designed for automated de-capping robots.
Manual, flexible, and accurate;
2 ml 48-Vial/Tube grid dispenses the amount of powder within 45 seconds;
2 ml tubes or vials with outer ribs fit in 48 rack matrix, preventing tubes from turning when being de-capped;
Exchangeable Meshplates to dispense different volumes of weights of powders and solids (10uL-1000uL);
Modular design with exchangeable metal volume Meshplates.
