The Lab Plate Sealer is a semi-automated thermal sealer ideal for low-to-medium throughput laboratories that require uniform and consistent sealing of micro plates.

With flexible temperature, time and pressure settings, the sealing conditions are easily optimized to guarantee consistent results and produce 100% tight seals. The Lab Plate Sealer is compatible with a wide range of plates including both standard height and deep-well plates for PCR, assay and storage applications.

The Lab Plate Sealer is compatible with a wide range of microplates and heat seals, making it a versatile tool for any lab requiring uniform sealing for storage, assays and PCR processing. With the bright OLED display screen, users can easily adjust temperature, time and pressure settings to guarantee the seals are consistently tight.

Thanks to the rapid heating elements, the system takes little time to start up (up to 170°C within 5 minutes). The system can provide temperatures between 80 and 200°C.

MolGen also offers several different Heat Seals compatible with the Lab Plate Sealer.

How It Works

Set sealing conditions:
- Temperature
- Pressure
- Time
Open the drawer and put in the following items:
- Standard plate adapter
- Your designated Micro-Plate
- Your sealing plate
- The weighted sealing plate
Close the Drawer & Press Run
Take out your plate which has now been sealed
