PurePrep cfDNA Kit
Bead-based purification kits for circulating cell-free DNA

The PurePrep cfDNA kit allows (automated) purification of circulating cell-free DNA from human plasma or serum samples. Processing time for the automated preparation of 24 samples is about 60 minutes.

The PurePrep cfDNA kit is optimized for usage with the PurePrep 24 and compatible with other high-volume automated DNA purification instruments.

Fast and efficient purification of circulating cell-free DNA
The PurePrep cfDNA Kit comes complete with all necessary chemicals for the extraction process of circulating cell-free DNA (no additional alcohols required)

The kit requires no phenol/chloroform extraction or alcohol precipitation and eliminates the need for repeated centrifugation, vacuum filtration or column separation. Allowing safe handling of potentially infectious samples.

The obtained cfDNA can be used directly for downstream applications such as qPCR, or any kind of enzymatic reaction.
