The PurePrep FFPE Kit does not require phenol/chloroform extraction or alcohol precipitation and eliminates the need for repeated centrifugation, vacuum filtration or column separation. With short and easy protocols, 96 samples can be processed in only 40 minutes. There are also multiple options for deparaffinization. The kit guarantees consistently high yields and purity of genomic DNA.
The obtained DNA can be used directly for downstream applications uch as PCR, NGS, or any kind of enzymatic reaction.
