The AquaCycler 16 offers an alternative to traditional peltier-based thermal cyclers for PCR processing. The system utilizes three separate water baths to thermally process up to 16 PCR sample plates per run. Compatible with 96, 384 & 1536 plate formats the system can process large amounts of samples simultaneously. The system is a smaller variation of the AquaCycler 32.
Combining throughput, efficiency and robust design, the AquaCycler 16 offers an alternative to traditional peltier-based thermal cyclers for high-throughput PCR. By utilizing water baths to cycle samples to transfer heat to a PCR sample, the AquaCycler 16 has a greatly reduced ramping time enabling faster sample processing.
The Aquacycler 16 is equipped with a rack capable of holding up to 16 sample plates , allowing the highest level of sample throughput and efficiency in a PCR laboratory.
