Purification kit for nucleic acids from viral pathogens

The PurePrep Path DX Kit is intended to be used for the isolation and purification of viral RNA and DNA for subsequent in-vitro diagnostic purposes. Designed to be used with downstream applications for detection of viral nucleic acids, the kit can be used with cell-free body fluids (e.g. serum, plasma), cell culture supernatant, swabs, nasopharyngeal samples and stool.

The kit is optimized for usage with the PurePrep Extraction Systems and compatible with other common automated DNA purification instruments.
