Purification of circulating cell-free DNA utilizing polymer capture technology
Unlike commonly used methods or kits, the PurePrep Polymer Capture Cell-Free DNA Kit does not start with sample lysis. Instead, the first step involves capturing of free-circulating DNA with a special polymer, after which the polymer is dissolved in a special lysis buffer, followed by automated purification greatly reducing hands-on time.
The patented polymer capture technology in this kit allows for the capture of bio-molecules from larger volumes of starting material. This technology thus makes the purification of circulating cell-free DNA significantly easier and faster.
